My package is lost what do I do?
File a claim with USPS/UPS and you can also turn on notifications when the package moves sometimes this alone will help get the package back on the move.
My package has not been scanned in?
If tracking has been created but not scanned in please allow the carrier up to 7 business days to locate and scan in the package. If after the 7 business days have expired we can ship a new package to you within 2/3 business days. If the original package shows up at any point later on we will provide a label to get that retuned to us.
