No refunds or exchanges unless you have received missing or damaged goods.
Once your order is submitted you are approving that all details on the order are correct. If you made an error on the order you will not be able to receive a refund. Our processing system does not allow for combining or making any changes as our production system is extensive to promote quality & consistency so for this reason it is not possible to get changes made. The item ordered will be the items shipped to you.
If you forget to add a coupon code at checkout during a sale a refund or credit will NOT be sent for the difference. Please do not check out if the code is not working send us a email to halfpennycustomerservice@gmail.com so we can get it addressed before hand, you will not lose out on your discount as long as you sent the message before the sale was over.
